These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Kings PH platform, including all games, payment services, bonuses, and customer support offered at kingsph.club. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Welcome to Kings PH. By accessing kingsph.club, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the Kings PH platform. Kings PH reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time; continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the Kings PH platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This requirement is consistent with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. Kings PH will request proof of age and may suspend or permanently close any Account where the User is found to be under 21 years of age. Any winnings accrued by an underage user will be forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Restriction. Kings PH is intended for players located in the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that your participation is permitted under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that use of Kings PH is legal in your location.
2.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your Account, including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during registration or KYC. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on Kings PH. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a family member's name, or any assumed identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Kings PH will never ask for your password via phone, email, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify Kings PH support immediately.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC). Kings PH reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID). Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by Kings PH may result in account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.
3.3 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Kings PH support. Kings PH may close or suspend an Account at its sole discretion where there is evidence of breach of this Agreement, fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Kings PH currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment channels may be added or removed from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though Kings PH may apply transaction limits for compliance purposes.
4.3 Currency. All Wallet balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Kings PH does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically credited within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. Kings PH is not responsible for delays attributable to payment processors or the User's financial institution.
4.5 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your Kings PH Wallet are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. Kings PH cooperates fully with regulatory authorities in respect of anti-money laundering obligations.
5.1 General. Kings PH may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the applicable promotion page, as well as the general conditions in this section.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. Kings PH reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms through low-risk hedging strategies, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
5.4 Changes to Promotions. Kings PH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 Game Availability. Kings PH offers a variety of games including but not limited to: slot machines, live dealer casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo), table games, fishing arcade games, Bingo, Keno, and sports betting. The availability of specific games may vary and is subject to change without notice.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, Kings PH will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly and in accordance with applicable game provider policies. Kings PH reserves the right to void a round if a malfunction renders the outcome unreliable. No compensation shall be payable to Users in respect of bets lost due to technical malfunctions.
6.3 Sports Betting. All sports wagers are subject to the specific rules of Kings PH's sports betting section, including rules on void markets, postponed events, and settlement procedures. Kings PH's decision on all sporting event settlements is final.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kings PH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including losses arising from: inability to access the platform, game malfunctions, incorrect settlements, or loss of data.
10.2 Kings PH's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
10.3 Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Kings PH collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to such collection and processing. Kings PH implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
Kings PH reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via the platform or by SMS to your registered mobile number at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of Kings PH after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Kings PH and the User agree to attempt good-faith mediation before commencing formal proceedings.
